Giving sponsors more than a logo at your event

How event organisers can give sponsors a place in the attendee experience, with tap-to-open content at stands and on signage.

Exhibition stand with visitors

Sponsors make many events possible. In return they want to be seen and, ideally, to start conversations. A logo on a banner or a slide between talks is a start, but it is easy for attendees to walk past.

Put sponsors where attendees already look

If attendees use a page for the agenda, speakers and Wi-Fi, that is the place to include sponsors too. A short section with each sponsor's description and a link to their offer or website sits alongside the information attendees open again and again.

Make sponsor stands tappable

A touchpoint on each sponsor's stand lets visitors open that sponsor's content on the spot: a product page, a demo booking form or a download. It turns a quick conversation into a link the attendee keeps on their phone.

Agree the content early

  • A short description and logo.
  • One clear link: an offer, a sign-up or a booking page.
  • Who updates it if something changes on the day.

How TAPP helps

With TAPP, you can share sponsor content on your event page and at sponsor stands, opened with a tap or scan and no app. You keep it up to date from your TAPP account.
